Some of the workers in that restaurant need to learn some manners and how to trade their customers they talk stuff in the back... and the customers are able to listen what they talking about them Read more
Self-serve beverages are currently unavailable and refills are only allowed for dine-in customers. Coffee refills are only free... during the breakfast period. During my last visit, the food quality was A level but the service was a B or B-. The store wasreasonably clean and a staff member was maintaining the lobby; A- due to some cosmetic issues. What should've been a mclovin experience turned out to be a mctrash one. I'd like to start of by saying I've been going to this... mcdonalds for years now since I moved to this area and I've never seen service decline so quick at any restaurant but this one.I drove up to the drive through, got my order taken and once I pull up to the first window to pay I get my order reviewed andfortunately caught that my order was missing items. I went ahead and let the drive thru employee know to correct my order whichhe did so once I pull up to window #2 I behind to receive bags with my order in em. Granted I checked what was inside becausefor one no straws were supplied, and two I see my fries are medium when on the receipt it clearly states Large. I let the womanon the window know my fries are the wrong size and not one word came out of her mouth in the entire 3 minutes with 30 secondsthat I waited to receive my order. No apologies, no nothing other than a complete blank awkward stare. Guess people don't eventry these days nor management. Read more
It's McDonalds, you don't come for the amazing service or five star dining but you do expect speedy service. I was asked to... pull off to the side and wait for one item. I waited in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes, had I not already paid I wouldhave left. Read more
