They are pretty consistent in the quality of their food but the strangest thing.. they ran out of quarter pounders! So the girl... recommended substituting the big Mac & adjusting the toppings. I'm here to tell you this is NOT the way to go. It was weird &pretty disappointing. But overall they're usually very good. Ask for fresh french fries! Read more

This fast food joint is anything but fast. Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, not to mention the... inaccuracy. It seems like every time I order from here I get burned. The lack of trust has gotten to the point where I doublecheck every bag, pore over the receipt, and seemingly every time. Missing. Items. Why is there such a lack of accuracy?Forgotten items, extraordinarily slow service, lack of communication. If it's going to take a while to make what I asked forCOMMUNICATE THAT so I won't order it and have to wait an additional 35 minutes for that one item, leaving me with cold food,melting ice cream, and the soreness of being forgotten at the parking spot you literally told me to pull into to wait. When toldto pull into a spot to wait for an item that was paid for (that you guys forgot to put in my bags), any reasonable person wouldexpect a crew member to bring the missing food to my car. Nope. Just left sitting there. Forgotten. shouldn't have to walk up tothe drive thru window every 12 minutes wondering where the f is the stuff I paid for, only to eventually notice my items justsitting there. How infuriating is that? Why did they not tell me my stuff was ready? Why didn't a crew member come out and giveme the MISSING items? No communication. Visit this McDonald's at your own risk. To be (totally) honest, if I could give "Zero stars", I (would). McDonalds' prices have increased (way) out of alignment with... their products. The products have (shrunk) in size more than once in the last 4 or 5 years. And tell people if you're gonna(poach) the eggs instead of direct cook them. Stop raising prices (everytime you turn around) - just to give some undeservingemployees a raise - who try to convince themselves that they're entitled to one - when they know full well that they (aren't)! My order was incorrect, when I went back I was told that's how their "sweet tea" was .... UNSWEETENED! Stood to the side for... 18 minutes and got attitude from employee. I asked why was I waiting so long and got a nasty stare. She went to the back andtold someone and was brought yet another cup of UNSWEETENED tea. Asked for my money back for my drink and fries (as the frieswere refried and tasted old)! I WILL NEVER go back to that location (Western & 15th in L.A.) Read more

Don't leave the drive thru till you check your order. Otherwise your trusting you will get whatevers in your bag. Experience... sucked - No straw in the bag and no ketchup or did they bother to ask. Building is brand new, maybe the whole staff is new too? Won't be coming back. Read more

I love this place, but you employees are not prepared for this customer services, there is not team working together. I wasted... 30 minutes for 2 coffees and a Happy meal,. I was a the line for about 10 minutes took me another 10 minutes while I paid andreceive the food that was not complete an the coffee ordered was cold. Happy meal. Did not have a tool ;;!! No served noBarbi, no ketchup, no napkins and not stirr. And when we ask for they got mad. I had to get out of my car go inside with thecold coffee. Took me another 20 minutes inside for the coffee. I got seek because they give me regular coffee and I did ask forDecaf . I am Senior with Heart problems... Read more

Terrible customer service. I dropped my drink and asked for a refill and they said I had to buy a new drink I refused and asked... for a refund and they refused. Their windows are broken, their doors are locked, and they don't have indoor dining. TERRIBLE!Mcdonald's owes me a drink or $1! Read more

This location needs some work. Restrooms are dirty the staff is speaking several languages to each other while taking orders... and the dining room could definitely use an upgrade. All in all they just need to spruce the place up. Read more
