The manager, her name is Misha, was so rude. She doesn't know anything about customer service, I asked her to have ice coffee... latte with less ice, and she gave me cup is half full, I told her that I paid the full amount, why are you giving me halfamount? she denied to answer and I was waiting for almost 5 minutes to have a cup of water. Worst McDonalds in THE WORLD!!!! I asked for a quarter pounder cheese and bacon, the first time they gave my a chicken... sandwich???????? After when I said that not my burger they gave my a quarter pounder just with cheese and they said it was myfault. Generous 1 star....Here at McDonald's on Pico.10611 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 across and a few blocks from Rancho Park... Golf Course. So i walked a couple of blocks carrying my golf bags to mcdonald to have a snack because online it says they'reopen till midnight and on the door here it says they're open Monday through Thursday 5 a.m. to midnight and what's today? It'sWednesday. I believe you have a major problem here with management not living up to the expectations of the neighborhood Boo onMcDonald's. I arrived at 10 pm and was told they are closed. Won't let me even order from the door nor drive throughand they areserving drive through.
