Girlfriend for food poisoning 9/21/22 I know it was this because this was the only thing she had eaten that day. Food was nasty... and old. Most likely the filet of fish. Be careful, this place is a disaster. Everything tasted sour. We threw it out but shestill got sick. Read more
Poor behavior and service from the cashiers all they did was talk among themselves while the line was huge not my first bad... experience there with the cashier service. And to top it off when asked for a faster and more promptly service they become veryrude and arguemental. Read more
The service was practically non existent. The Counter person was more interested in going on her break than taking my order.... They had an advertisement on the window outside for 2 sandwich for $3.99, but instead sold me a combo for $9.50. Totally falseadvertising. This is what happens with understaffed and under payed employees. The worst experience. Burger was a bit soaked. Lettuce were but old and brown. Felt like the burger was lying quite bit. Not freshly made. Fries less... seasoning. Coke got more ice than coke in it. Read more
Been here once so you have to take this review with a grain of salt. First time had a long wait inside for mobile order pickup.... Line was long on early Friday evening. Expect them to be busy. Also, drinking fountain side is closed. Thankfully the diningroom is open. Read more
The dining room closes too early (10 p.m.) and then even if you use the mobile app to order ahead you have to wait in the... drive-thru line, which was very long at the time I arrived (10 p.m. on a Wednesday). The service was friendly, though thefrench fries were cold. I asked for replacement fries, and they were lukewarm. We also were not given the requestedcondiments. In the future I will likely drive the few blocks over to the location on Western instead. Read more
