This place is horrible & disgusting. I bought food from here & it was gross & way overpriced. The young kid at the register was... clueless about everything & kept going to the back. His customer service was absolutely horrible. It was also very dirty. Theirwere no customers per usual just homeless people in the front. They have some type of heat lamp oven in the front where theirwas an old slice of pizza just sitting there. I noticed their letter grade was a B. The Health Department needs to come out tothis place again because the way they keep it, it should be closed down. If they keep the front dirty, imagine the kitchen &back area. Burger are good but the place had no AC on a hot summer day and the ice machine was not working this was not good.
I wasn't able to be up in that area today otherwise I'm absolutely positive it would have been the third day in a row that I ate... there Master Burger I don't want to talk about it it just makes me hungry thinking of the place Read more
Best Master Burger in the city! Great cooks and cashier is always nice. Recommend and will be back.
This nasty food is very overpriced. On that of that the workers had put cardboard boxes running all the way from one grill post... to the last grill post to block customers view of what they are doing to your food that suppose to be on the grill, these peoplecan not be trusted. If I can not see you handling the food I do not want it. Who knows what you guys are doing to the food onthe other side of that cardboard you put up to block customers view. What do you have to hide from the customers if your notcontaminating their food, why block their view. Why do these workers need privacy when handling other people's food. Read more
This place is extremely bad in regard to quality of food, service, and atmosphere. The people taking the order legitimately did... not know how to take adequate order details and the machines were mainly inoperable. If it wasn't for the need to eat something,I would have preferred to not have eaten here than have chosen it at all. Slow service entering and exiting. Well was very surprised there where no customer's at the place as i walked up. After reading the reviews i expected it to be... full of hungry loyal customers. So that's why i called in my order of chili cheese pastrami fries.. ok the debit card machinewas broke down. ???????? Got my order sat outside opened it up ???? wow where's the chilie.. so i went and asked about havingvery little chillie and they gladly put more because it was very obvious there was very little chillie.. to make a long storyshort them fries was so salty and just nasty I can't believe i wasted my money ???? no wonder no ones here.. Got the Master Burger (1/2lb) and it is great. I?ve been visiting LA for a week (from Canada) and as much as I love all the... seafood I?ve had, I wanted something else. The giant greasy spoon burger I had was what I was hoping for. The guy behind thecounter was also very nice. Read more
