bad service! Have to call them for refills and when i asked for takeout boxes , they just bring 1 tiny container and i asked for... more, and they just stare at your leftovers! I left a tip and one of the ladies that works there said: to little!! Read more
Well, they have very delicious dishes and I do like them. Today around 1230 PM, 12/30/2021, I was there with my friend, and as... usual, there were many people were waiting. I've got a waiting number tag and waiting patiently. Now, the receptionist, a tallyoung lady who was not doing her job. there were two groups who came after us. and they just went in and she did not even askthe waiting-tag numbers and she gave them the tables. I did ask her why she is letting them have tables, then she never answeredmy complaint. She just said, "I will call you". We were very upset and left. She should have come out and called the numbers,rather then taking the customers who have no manners and so as your receptionist.. Read more
Food is good, but it is way too pricey for the food they serve! I do admit though they give you big portions! I always get... either Jajangmyun, fried rice, or sweet and sour beef! Those are my go to's ???? Read more
Waitresses are so outrageous... They are rude, impolite, unprofessionally educated. I've asked one waitress about the parking... system at the k-plaza and she was so cranky about it. She even said that she already forgot what I've ordered in 30 secondsago cause I've asked her the question. What a memory she got..... The other waitress didn't even respond when I asked fornapkins. I've yelled 2 or 3 times to get her attention and she didn't even looked at me at all. I thought she was some kind of deaf but when the other customer called her, she responded right away. What a joke.... I guess the owner doesn't know howthey behave front of customers. They should be retrained how to behave and serve customers right... Read more
