Main Chick does not disappoint. The chicken has good flavor, crunch and a decent kick (depending on what spice level you pick).... I would say it?s almost on the same level as Dave?s Hot Chicken. If they add more variety to their menu such as more spice leveloptions and sauces, then I would be more inclined to give 5 stars. That said, this place is really good. Its definitely thebest place I?ve had in ?The Colony?. Just know you can?t physically eat at Main Chick, it has to be delivered or pickedup. I?ll be back! Read more
Love ordering this on Doordash. They get the fries right every time. The sauce is really good on everything. It comes with a... pickle slice too! The chicken is really hearty so you'll never completely finish. It makes for good leftovers too. The MCsauce is so good!! Sometimes the delivery person leaves the food on the ground, that's my only pet peeve. Read more
Best hot chicken in LA. place is located in Colony with bunch of different food spots. Heard about Main Chick from a friend and... had to try it. Worth the drive! Chicken is super tender and juicy, great flavor on the seasoning. I got medium it had a nicekick to it. 10/10 would recommend for all my hot chicken lovers out there! Read more
Got delivery and ordered a sandwich tender combo with fries and leg quarter on the side. Chicken meat was fried pretty decently,... doneness was relatively on point, but the spice mixture isn't that great, just taste like ground pepper. The mild leg I got wasa bit better though, tasted a bit more sweetness. Fries were eh. So was the mac and cheese. Overall, not among the worse hotchicken places in LA, but not that great. Read more
It used to be one of my fav fried chicken place in west LA. But I?m disappointed now. I ordered a combo today, one of the... chicken is way too salty that I can?t even ate. First of all, if you get lost ???? or unsure where this restaurant is at, it's under Colony. You will then order your chicken... through the kiosk, self-service sir! So about their chicken, dayumm! You think Chick-fil-A is amazing? Try this! They arecrunchy, juicy and fresh! The spice level ???? I have to warn you ahead of time. If you can't handle spice, try out their mildfirst.
