Let?s start with the gnats! I sat at a table against the wall but had to move because of the swarm of gnats! ???? I moved and no... gnats until a while after I got my food then the swarm followed me! I got what they called a ?Club? sandwich. You can see fromthe pics this was not that! There were 3 paper thin slices of lunch meat with lettuce and 1 slice of tomato. No bacon! I wassuper excited to come here so I didn?t eat anything beforehand and was so hungry so I had to eat it. I would not return andwould not recommend Read more

This place is in the heart of downtown LA, near the Convention Center. They specialize in milk teas and desserts. The main draw... of Macchiato is their $1 "potted plant" add on, which converts any drink to a cute masterpiece. To make a drink a "pottedplant", whipped cream is added to the top and then topped with Oreo crumbles, and a single sprout placed in themiddle. Besides this, any drink can have boba added to it for an additional fee of $0.55. Right now they're also doing a "buyone, get one free" drink policy. This makes it such a great deal! Besides a variety of drinks, they have a selection of dessertitems. I didn't get to try the creme brulee, but I saw dishes of it and it's huge. Read more

Bright, airy cafe with potted plant drinks, waffles, and snacks. Came here on a Sunday with a friend, and we were lucky to have... snagged a spot right in front of the store. Metered street parking. Credit cards are accepted. There?s a single occupantrestroom in the back, and you?ll need to ask the employee for a key. Free wifi is available and there are plenty of outletsunderneath the tables. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Obviously we had to get the potted plant drink, which came in aglass jar. The Cajun fries were ordered were cold, but I know that there was only one employee working, so props to her formanning the counter and the kitchen. The popcorn chicken was very crispy and juicy, and we opted for spicy, so it did have someheat. The red velvet peppermint waffle came with peppermint ice cream, marshmallows, and a red velvet waffle, which was aproposfor the season. The sea salt latte wasn?t sweet. You can get drinks with almond or soy milk as an alternative. Read more
