Found them at Smorgasburg and became a fan! We have tried almost all their flavors. My recommendation would be their "potato... flautas & potato con chorizo flautas." The flautas were crunchy on the outside, and the potato filling was moist and flavorfulon the inside. And I really enjoyed the house-made salsa verde sauce, it paired so well with the potato flautas. Other flavorson the menu were pretty decent too. Overall, yummy flautas! Probably one of the best we have had in LA. Also, it's a greatoption at Smorgasburg. (You can't miss it. What's the difference between a taquito and a flauta? One way to find out is to visit Los Dorados and order the chicken en... tinga, or the bean & cheese if you're a vegetarian. Within a few minutes, the friendly staff will call you to grab your order(2 flautas per) which will be hot, fresh with a combination of spicy salsas, crema, cheese, and that CRUNCH that is oh sosatisfying. $7 per order, a hungry person may need two orders, and you may want a drink because there can be quite akick!
