No doubt, LA has an abundance of Mexican food. You pretty much can't go wrong finding a good Mexican restaurant. Rodeos is no... exceptions. I'm from out of state and when I visit LA, my first stop is Rodeos on sunset and Lemoyne St. They have a pretty goodmenu selection and the prices are reasonable. Parking is at the rear of the restaurant, although limited in space, you can findmeter parking on Sunset Blvd. The staff if friendly and the food is great. My favorite dish is the Chile Relleno plate with riceand beans (note: condiments are extra, sour cream, salsa, peppers, etc). I highly recommend this place when you're in the EchoPark area. Understanding this restaurant is mainly mexican food, I ordered a club sandwich. It did not have bacon but something that looked... like turkey bacon. Flavorless, flat and a bit mushy. Without bacon you really can't call it a club sandwich, especially with abill of more than $20 for the sandwich, fries and a soda. Restaurant had been remodeled since my last visit and they've add abar which looks nice. There is something odd looking abut the indoor dining area however. Read more

My shriveled skin and bones were trembling from starvation as the scurvy set in. Then he walked in the door with a bag of... salvation. We ordered Chips and Guac. It was a hearty serving of guac and it even came with a small surprise serving of refriedbeans. My Mojara a la Diabla plate was so satisfying! The sauce set it off. It came with a crispy salad, cheesy refried beans, and a perfect fish filet on top of a yummy bed of rice, soaked in red salsa. The Asada Burritos were generously stuffed withmeat, beans, rice, onions, and cilantro. It was filling. That meal brought me back to life. I don't look like a corpseanymore. Thanks to the team at El Rodeo! Read more

Food was great & my drink was amazing. Only downside is the pressure to order the food right away, they have their menu on a... wall, it makes you think it is a fast food place, but it is a restaurant cause they have servers bring it out to your table &they check up on you constantly. Will eat there again if I visit south Cali. Read more

Great food. Had two tacos and a bowl. Regular tortilla size tacos-meat is tasty. Reminds me of Chipotle but with a better... atmosphere. Read more

Passing through the La area I came across Rodeo Mexican Grill. The service was quick and the servers were very attentive. I had... a very filling and fresh B.L.T. and my wife had the carne asada plate. Both of our plates were very good and would recommendthis place if your trying to have a quick fresh lunch. They also serve drinks and a full bar in the back of the restaurant. Read more
