Whoever it hired as young lady by the name of Tanya that need to retrain her in customer service. She needs to understand that... it's how you say things and your body language that reflects the message. I was repeatedly asked to wait outside for my orderwhen it is 97° and they don't have the decency to at least have some kind of shade so customers can wait outside. I told him Icompletely understand the situation however a sign outside clearly indicated that three people were allowed to be in the lobby.At this moment it was just my daughter and I therefore I didn't see a problem with us waiting inside especially when accordingto the sign there was no policy saying that we had to wait outside. Not only were we asked to go outside this young lady offeredme a refund without me even asking for one and then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could have orderedonline. I'm not sure if she just got hired or promoted but it seems like she was on a major power trip.
