Manager is awful!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order the store was closed a full half hour before the 10pm... close time. I knocked and tried the door but no one was inside. When I called the next day for a refund the manager wasextremely rude and said they were open and that I was lying. She said she would check the cameras and if I was telling the truthshe would call me and give me a refund. She never called so I called the store again and within 2 minutes a random employee gaveme a refund. Why was this so difficult to do in the first place? It?s clear after reading other reviews that this happens alot,and that when the store closes early it?s usually the same manager who closes early. It?s obvious she?s just trying to saveface. Order 2 combos it?s 3 items each fkn order and they couldn?t even send on delivery correctly 3 items how ignorant 3 order that?s... wrong and their answer is well not our fault and if you want refund or item you have to come back to the store when I orderdelivery. Read more

I wanted to leave bad reviews before, but never took the time. I still gave the place a chance, ordered and when I came to pick... up they were out of all ingredients and wings. It was 9:45 pm they close at 10pm still have the open sign on yet they have door locked n didnt want to help me and said they... were close. For someone who is getting out of work and want to grab something quick to eat this is very disappointing. Read more
Pizza was burnt, barely had any cheese on it. The Italian cheesy bread also barely any cheese.. and cheese is in its name! Why... so stingy guys? Not to mention the person I picked my order up from had no clue what was going on when I told them I had justbeen there 15 minutes ago ordering. My quattro pizza. I usually buy from a different location and saw this one was convenient for today. Shows how much they care.... Ordered and waited for it to be done. Was dry and looks thrown together. Not my best experience w little caesars. This was adisappointment. Read more
