Aweful service! Ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza and an order of breadsticks online arrived 20 min after my order and they?re... mentioning that they barely started cooking the breadsticks and it?ll take another 10 min. It's been about 6 years since I last had Little Caesars Pizza. I went to their location on the corner of Slauson and Central and... ordered their ExtraMostBestest Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza. Quality of ingredients has gone up in my personal opinion, since Ilast had a pizza from here. The pizza was cooked properly. Pepperoni had a slight crunch and spice to it. You could taste thetomatoes in the sauce. And the cheese... I've always liked that they use not only Mozzarella cheese but Muenster cheese as well,something other chains don't do/use. The flavors of this pizza were on point and only $7.00 +tax for what I believe was a large.The pizza was round, but sliced in squares. The only reason it doesn't get a perfect score is the crust. The crust they use forthe thin pizzas is the same most other chains use for their thin pizzas... the cracker type that you could probably find in somegrocery stores. Don't get me wrong, it didnt have any bad flavors, but when you expect thin crust, you expect something that hasa slight crisp on the outside but slightly "doughy" on the inside; the kind of thin crust you get at that one chain that isendorsed by LeBron James. Customer service sucks here. I was notified my order was ready. They told me I had to wait an extra 5-10 min for my wings. After... waiting 20 min. I went back into the store, as I was walking in I was rudely told to go back outside, I told her it been 20 minsince they told me my wings would be ready, they said the wings were going a second round in the oven. When I stated that mynotification said my order was ready 30 min ago. She went to the back and got my wings,handed them to me with an attitude and noeye contact. They Really be making you wanna choose violence at this location. Worst customer service. My pizza was cold andthere was more crust than pizza...smh... Never again!!!! This Little Caesar's location never seems to have the $5 classic pepperoni at hand always makes you wait 10 or 15 minutes.... Although they always do have plenty of the most's pepperoni...lol. Selling strategy I suppose but a bit irritating when you wanta quick bite to share. Crew has a bit of an attitude problem maybe retraining in people skills might help. Pizza is a fiftyfifty chance here fifty you might get a fresh one fifty you might not even after waiting those 10-15 min. Read more
