This location normally has fresh pizza, bread sticks, and nice employees.The front counter employees generally has sodas... stocked, floors cleaned and trash bins emptied. The employees would recommend to make it a meal combo to save money. However,that wasn't the case today. Cashier Jenny S. A short size girl with hairy arms was rude. She gives items that are not sealed orfresh. I asked her if she had other sodas in the back. She said no I am to busy with orders. She said what you see is what Ihave.. Takes forever to get your food when you order at the counter. And i recomend calling and making sure they have all the toppings... to the pizza you want. If they dont; they will still charge you full price, make your pizza wrong and hope you dont notice orcare about it. Worst of all, when you do call back. They dont care you spent money on a pizza you didnt get! Dont even offer toremake it or a different pizza. Horrible service, whatever food. Read more
My personal recommendation is to try and get someone on the phone, that way once you get to the location you are basically ready... to go. I could imagine the wait times being quite some of you don't call in advance. Most people that have left reviews mighthave been hangry, I've been there, but keep a level headed mind and recall that there only so much an employee can do, being insales/retail myself previously. Taking that extra step in speaking with someone over the phone will be crucial to your processof being in and out smoothly much higher. As long as you get to speak to someone and they get your name, they are very good attheir time frame they quote. Just take in kind if there is sporting events they will definitely be busier, and probably won'thave enough time to handle phone calls vs. Physical people showing up to purchase some pizza. The pizzas here are good quality for a great price. However, I am not impressed with their ability. Seems like every time I go... to this location there's some issue. My most recent visit, I asked about the pretzel crust pizza that is currently beingpromoted, and was told they don't have the ability to make it there. Huh? Okay, I'll just get something they should have,pepperoni and an order of crazy bread. Well, they have half of that, it'll be 20 minutes for crazy bread. Right in the busy partof the evening! Nope, I don't go here to have to wait, I come for hot and ready. Now, you may be saying to yourself, "just callahead so you'll know it'll be ready". Good idea, only on the attempt prior to this one, tried that (twice!) and it just rang andrang. Ended up calling a different location, and that worked out like it should! Is all this going to keep me from going here?Probably not, but there are places that do it better. Also, the parking here often is pretty full. Read more
It's ok, I came to get something fast bit I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my lunch pizza. Also the girl that help me it seems... that she was in a rush and you can tell she was giving better services to other so she will classified who she was friendlywith???? also I don't like the fact that they don't wage their hands after taking money.????????????
