Pizza is good, but not soo good that I?m willing to put up with bad customer service. Wish they cared more about their... customers, pizzas aren?t cheap, I?ve bought from them for years but I?m always disappointed in the customer service when I eathere. On my last visit, the front window on thirst street was closed and no one was there even though they were open. I had tocall and ask to be helped and then like always my pizza took too long to make. It's a pizza loaded with fresh flavors and marinara that tastes like it was made from tomatoes pickedfresh. It's not pretentious, but it has every right to be.
