My wife and I took a 6 day vacation to Los Angelea and this place was our favorite. The sea bass and carne asada were... exceptional. The guacamole is a perfect starter and a very large portion. We had Christina as a server both nights and sheheightened the experience with his drink recommendations and positive vibe. Read more

Oh my... Mexican at its #best..! Tuna tacos are a MUST!! delicious carnitas, chicken pastor and many more... They have small... menu for dinner but all the good stuff!! Great portion and I would recommend sharing or tapas style dining to enjoy more. Livelyand good vibe but casual setting in a tropical vibe. Love it!! Read more

A joke of a restaurant with sub par service attempting to be trendy. This is one of those places that you only go for photos and... definitely not the service. Mediocre drinks pretentious overly done food. We were there celebrating a friends birthday and wewe?re barely checked on for food and drinks. Talking about more than an hour wait time for each item ordered, this was evenbefore it started getting busy. When a friend complained to a manager about switching servers due to the bad service andhorrible wait times we were offered free drinks as if that would fix what was the problem?.then when we finally received thedrinks the owner of the establishment asked us for the table back because according to him others were waiting, for our table.Yet we gave up one of our tables because we all wanted to sit together, but those people next to us were not asked the same asus, not a minute before we were served the ?free drinks? as a pretense because we complained about (in his words) his ?bestserver?. The owner asked us to leave the table, Not once but twice and accused us of not working with him even after having paidfood for nine people and drinks, we were still ordering drinks that we never received. After they refused to tend to us evenfurther and he even went to other tables to complain about us. To other patrons, Very unprofessional in my opinion for an ownerto put his clientele in those positions. We would never and cannot recommend this place to anyone worth any class. The fireshows is all this place has going for them. Best I could describe is a pop up restaurant with no customer service. Read more

Great time but, don?t come for the food. The music was so fun and we loved the fire dancers! The roller skate girls were super... cool too! We ordered some food but honestly it was so so. Just come for drinks, dancing and music. Read more

I?ll definitely back, a bit pricey especially with that $100 service fee but we had a great time! Street parking is limited so... we had to valet which cost $20. Our waiter Kandis was amazing, she was attentive and very pleasant. Also brought out acomplimentary desert with candles for the celebrants. My husband and I ordered the filet mignon , Spicy pasta and fish wasdelicious. The portions are small but those 3 entries were filling. There?s a cute swing when you enter to take pictures and thefire show girls were very entertaining to watch. Oh remember to make reservations 2-3 weeks in advance. Definitely a 5 starexperience! Thank you! Read more

We walked by this place accidentally during the day and were able to take a sneak peek of the venue while one of the doors stood... open. It looked very interesting and one of the girls preparing the entrance suggested to return at ~7 PM when the place opensup and indicated a ?Tulum / Mexico like experience?. We didn?t get disappointed. It really was a unique venue and a magicalvibe. We had no reservation for the two of us, but the door policy seemed fair, particularly for a Saturday night. If you showup early, you should be able to get a spot. Inside is a tropical & open air paradise. We enjoyed every minute. What should beimproved in my opinion: (1) the limit is 90 minutes and makes sense to free up space for other people, but maybe there could bea creative ?extension option? of 20 minutes per every new order of drinks or whatever the ?break even point? may be to justify alonger stay vs new guests (2) 20% service fee and 4% table fee is plenty. Where does that money go if it is NOT gratuity or tipsas indicated on the bill? Why not bake it into the menu pricing if it is part of the experience? Feels weird and unnecessary fora classy place like this. Other than that: a fabulous place to enjoy a night in Tulum! Read more
