This location might be the ugliest one for the boba store in LA or other KT franchises since it's not well invested in decor or... other factors such as no table, no chairs, no restroom allowed, etc. However, it's my favorite place to return for boba when Iget bored of other sites because they have the most quality boba that none of the competitors can compete with, and the flavorand the strongness of the teas. My go-to is always the milk cap honey green tea at KT tea (or Sea salted/cheese foam greentea), anywhere with 70% sugar or less since you taste the tea and sweetness of the honey and a bit milky from the drink withoutkilling the original of the tea base. This location has parking, but sometimes it will be hard to find during peak hours sinceit's located in Ktown and does not miss the entrance to enter; if not, it will be tough to get back to this place due to heavytraffic. The best time to drive here is around noon-3 p.m.; after that, it will be hell and good luck. Never have problems withthe cashiers or service here since I order, grab and go, but I remember I made an order with no ice and requested to put boba ina different cup so I could drink the next day. The cashier was so friendly to accommodate me and gave me an extra cup of icewith no giving attitude, and I got a total of 3 cups separately. Of course, some places will charge extra or show theirexpressions, but I did not see it here. Thanks for being friendly and assisting me with my requests! Read more

Drinks are good, boba is good, and service is decent. But the inside decor leaves a lot to be desired. No inside seating... available (all the chairs and tables are stacked onto each other), and the wall decor is so worn and old. When they takesomething off their menu, instead of updating their posters, they just mark a big X on it with tape. Makes me think that theowners are cheaping out on making their shop look even half decent, which is kinda sad. Read more

Do not go here. They recently had a health code violation where they had to throw out 6 lbs of boba due to it being stored in... extremely unsanitary conditions. The store went from a very low ?A? rating to a very low ?B? rating. The most egregiousviolation was the fact they were using incredibly old boba that was stored at hot temperatures well over the sanitary limits. The PR code for the health violations is PR 194002. This inspection was done in the spring of 2022. Read more

Great taste, prices well. Boba has a really great taste and soft. They have a wide selection of drinks. All drinks are... customizable to your taste. I Like the fresh flavor, tea flavor and coffee flavor ones. Would go back to try different ones.Would highly recommend. No sitting available for now. Staff was very nice and informative. Read more

I have to be honest. I?ve had boba for many, many years. But I?ve never CRAVED it. I never went out of my way to get some. But... after I had their ginger milk, I?m thinking about it almost every night. It?s not everyone?s cup of tea (ha), but for me, I loveginger and the fact that they offer this on the menu is game-changing to me. Thank you Kung-Fu tea. Read more

2.5 Star. Overall. The quality of the boba itself is mediocre and subpar, typical of a franchise establishment on the level of... Lollicup. The batch made today was hard and undercook, ultimately difficult to digest leaving an unpleasant post-Boba stomachache. Unfortunately, I had too much boba experience in my lifespan and believe that the standard of quality of the boba at aboba tea place serves as the benchmark of rating. Therefore this place does not meet my standards. 1 Star. Boba quality.Average low grade quality. Not cooked probably. Staff needs to be trained on how to cook it throughly. 4 Star. Price. Decentregular typical price. $3.85 Medium Winter Mellon Tea with boba $4.95 Large Honey Green Tea with boba 3 Star. Menu options.Typical of a franchise establishment, most items made with power. Unfortunately I?m not the right target audience. 1 Star.Parking. Located in a plaza with very little parking spots and many double park illegally so I had a hard time exiting theplaza. Bottom line. If I crave for a drink and the closest place to me is this location, I might drop by again and purchase anon-powdered natural drink (limited options) without boba. It?s hard to go wrong with plain tea only at and boba place.Otherwise, I tend to try new places as the default choice. (The undercook boba is still stuck in my throat, esophagus andstomach after an entire hour...) Read more
