My second time coming here and they been great even when i made a mistake in my order they gave me what i wanted.
Went to get me some dinner 6/27/22 at 7pm Lady at the drive thru couldn?t even get my order right Finally got to the window &... was told to wait for my order at the parking lot This young guy that works there came out with my food BUT IT DIDNT BRING MYCOLESLAW,MASH-POTATO & MY DRINK I had to go in there I get the rest of my food IS LIKE THEY DONT EVEN CARE, they lucky theyeven getting paid 15 & hr Just go home if you don?t wanna work man looks bad Read more
Went to drive thru, nobody at the speaker or at the window, didn't go thru my order in detail and got my order wrong, due to me... ordering the incorrect # combo, had order been repeated to me and confirmed I would've gotten what I wanted but menus changeall the time and it's hard to keep up with the usual nowadays, I suppose Read more
Went through the drive through and received a drink that had what looked like a roach in it. The general manager Daniella was... very rude and with a rude tone asked me if the bug was on the lid or in the cup. I gave her the drink after taking severalpictures so I was confused as to why she?d ask me what she could clearly see. I guess she thought I got the drink from thefountain myself. When I told her I came through the drive through she stopped questioning me with her rude attitude, but shedidn?t want to give me a refund for the drink until I asked about her supervisor. She acted as if I did something wrong by notaccepting a drink with a bug in it. Very poor customer service and leadership skills. How can the rest of the employees exhibitgreat/good or at least fair customer service skills if the general manager has such poor customer service. When people go out toeat they should not be met with such rudeness. Will be calling the corporate office about this. Read more
I've been to other KFC in Los Angeles but never to this one and today I went in and placed my order for take out and I was... surprised that they checked my order to make sure it was complete. The other KFC never checked my order and even forget to giveme my large fries that I was charged for. Unfortunately I noticed that until I got home and I didn't feel like driving back andhaving my food get cold for some fries. I just never went back to that KFC that's all. Employees at the KFC where I went totoday were very nice and made sure I left as every customer should leave, with great customer service and everything theyordered. ???? Read more
This is one of the only locations that serve BEYOND CHICKEN . My Vegan son and I drove all the way to the hood to get chicken... that isn't chicken. ????. Ordered the 12peice with their new French fries! Fries were bomb. The beyond chicken tasted ok. It'sthe best of its kind. The service was excellent. My order was perfect, no mistakes. Read more
Called the Health Department today to report this place! Unhealthy filth everywhere. Stench of urine greets you at the door.... Broken sticky front counters. No we don't have any green beans...no we don't have any potato wedges or fries... No cleantables...(lots of empties)...had to ask three times while our food got cold. It was "empty" at the time. They were talking andstuffing cookie bags...got mad we asked so many times. Isn't that sad? Someone had the nerve to put an "A" Rating up. Oh, no youdidn't!
