My second time coming here and they been great even when i made a mistake in my order they gave me what i wanted.

Went through the drive through and received a drink that had what looked like a roach in it. The general manager Daniella was... very rude and with a rude tone asked me if the bug was on the lid or in the cup. I gave her the drink after taking severalpictures so I was confused as to why she?d ask me what she could clearly see. I guess she thought I got the drink from thefountain myself. When I told her I came through the drive through she stopped questioning me with her rude attitude, but shedidn?t want to give me a refund for the drink until I asked about her supervisor. She acted as if I did something wrong by notaccepting a drink with a bug in it. Very poor customer service and leadership skills. How can the rest of the employees exhibitgreat/good or at least fair customer service skills if the general manager has such poor customer service.
