Seems like they were understaffed, & tired. Food was ok, but the fountain drinks were watered down. In a pinch, this particular... KFC is ok. Wouldn't come here otherwise. Get a fully skilled & rested staff, & I'd give this 5 stars. Read more

Placed an order Online through their website 30 mins ahead. When i got to restaurant i told an employee who either seemed to be... the supervisor or manager on duty about my order pick up. I could see my food on the counter with my name plastered in bigwriting on the receipt attached to the bag. She said she needed to see my phone with my name on it so i proceeded to show herthe email confirmation i received that not only had my name in small print but also the order number. She stared at my phone andthen said that she needed to see my name and wouldn't give me my the food i payed for and walked away. What else was i supposedto show her if not that confirmation email? i even pulled out my I.D so she could see my name and still refused. I then asked aregular employee for help who easily grabbed my order without hesitation and with no issues. Other rude employee could've easilymatched the order number from email to the receipt but chose not to because she was on a power trip. Letting those 15 to 20dollars an hour get to her head while serving chicken. Terrible customer Service and should not be in a managerial position ifshe cant treat customers with respect and find a simple standard solution to an issue. Read more

Hard to get good service when half the staff is out back smoking. 2 of 4. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone even took my... order. When I got to my food, after already being told they did not have any Finger Sporks (The entire reason I went to KFC),there was NO gravy for my mashed potatoes. NO honey for my biscuits, and NO dipping sauce whatsoever for my tenders. Will NOTbe going to this drive in/ take out only KFC EVER again. Read more

there was a tiny bit of a wait but they were busy with a lot of drive thru customers and the guy before me was a bit of a... nightmare customer. I ordered the $5 fill up special except this KFC was charging $5.99 instead of the advertised $5, due tominimum wage increase? hmmm. the woman helping me was nice though and went out of her way to get my order together swiftly.
