The food is so good. It's always crowded so anticipate a wait. The shrimp roll is my favorite, but they are all good. I also... love that they include gratuity and will not let you tip extra. In a city full of service fees that don't even go to theservers, this is the way. They can accommodate gluten free. Bring your own soy sauce though. Read more

The quality of take-out was so much worse than dining in with the rolls: wasabi was bland and watered down, and the crab seemed... off. I wouldn't recommend for their takeout/delivery menu. Note that they fully charge you the same in-house diningservice/gratuity fee as well for takeout. Read more

Very good quality of hand rolls. You can clearly see it that way they prepare. Also, the staff are very kind. I definitely... recommend this place. Read more

Am so glad I stumbled across this place while touring the area. These are the best handrolls I have had outside of Japan and... arguably on par with those. The scallop and toro handrolls especially stand out. Sea Bream also a favorite. Very fresh cuts withincredibly friendly service. Easy 5/5 Read more

Quality of sushi was good. The presentation in upscale boxes designed for take out was impressive. However, I was a bit... disappointed in the crab sushi which had far too much mayonnaise for my taste. Who needs all this mayonnaise on a maki roll? Ialso downgraded my rating one point because of the 16% service charge they add to all orders, whether you eat it in therestaurant or pick up yourself for take out. I understand adding a set service charge for orders by people eating in therestaurant and enjoying some kind of service. But when I?m ordering the take-out food online, driving to the restaurant andpicking it up myself, I really do not think it?s fair to charge me the same service charge as those dining in. What service didI receive? I paid it once, but would not be so foolish as to go back there for take out a second time! I?d recommend that younot pay 16% service fee for picking up your take out order either! Read more

Can?t go wrong with kazunori. Great hand roll. Super efficient line and usually no longer than 20mins to get seated. I usually... go for the special or the other hand roll (uni, ika , And the crab roll). No need for tips but a fixed 16% service charge Read more

Can?t get enough of this place!! Go on the earlier side on a week night to have no wait! It?s a sushi bar that only sits about... 20 people so it fills up quick. Good thing the food comes out fast so there?s a quick rotation. You get an option to order agroup of 3, 4, 5 or 6 rolls at a very decent price. I usually get the 4 along with a sashimi option. It always the best handrolls I?ve ever had! This place will change the way you feel about sushi if you?re on the fence about it! Read more

KazuNori is always on my favorites list whenever I am in Westwood. Their fish is of the highest quality, is always fresh from... the market, and prepared excellently. I have very high standards for sushi, since so many places in LA fall short of thetraditional meticulous preparation. KazuNori does not! Their hand rolls have warm rice in them too, making them much richer inflavor. Another thing I always look out for in sushi restaurants is the ginger. Theirs is natural, not dyed, making it trulydelectable and authentic. I wish I could go to them for every meal--though I almost do! Would recommend arriving before 5pm ifyou do not want to wait. It is first-come-first-serve at the bar. Read more
