Food was not great and service was poor. The atmosphere is nice and the menu suggests they have great food but the service was... very slow and food I ordered was underwhelming. Came with 5 people during a conference and we ordered fairly simple orders, ittook over an hour to get our food. We had no time to eat and had to take it go! I ordered a beat salad with tofu, it wasliterally just beats and tofu, no lettuce lol (see picture). Very disappointing. Also they wouldn’t split the check whichmakes it really challenging during work trips. Read more

First time - The environment is super cool, great music and everyone is so kind! Our server #3 was very attentive and answered... all of our questions and the food was fantastic! The lavender gold rush drink was fantastic, they didn’t cheat at all on thealcohol side! And it was very refreshing after a long hard day at work! We can’t wait to come back for brunch! Read more

Just eh. Like the food wasn’t nasty but it wasn’t enough for me to say I truly enjoyed it or would want to go back. It was... very lack luster although the ambiance and decor were beautiful. The food was just very okay and overpriced. Read more

Absolutely love this place. It’s going to be my new go to brunch spot. First, the DJ, the ambiance, the decor! Staff did an... amazing job accommodating our requests, being present and overall service. But this is not one of those new LA spots that spendsmore effort on aesthetic than flavor. We had shrimp and grits, bacon eggs, toast, house potatoes, toast and a side salad. Theeggs are scrambled hard but fluffy - which is how I prefer my eggs. I can eat the bacon like candy, potatoes are yummy and thetoast is text style (v tasty but also light). It seems like the chef put a lot of effort in selecting ingredients that are notso heavy that you feel sluggish - and rather focused on quality, freshness and flavor combinations. My favorite is definitelythe shrimp and grits. The grits are fluffy with some kind of cheese but it’s not overly cheesy. Shrimp was cooked perfectlywith bell peppers and the creole sauce just brings it all together. Again this was not heavy and the flavor complemented eachother wonderfully. We also had lavender mimosas and lavender Lemonade. I’m bringing all the girls for brunch and can’twait to explore the rest of the menu. Sorry I forgot to take photos of the food because I was so eager to eat! Read more

I live down the street and have been wanting to try this place for a while. Positive: The food was Good, Ambiances is honestly... what made the place, it’s very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I will have to go back again to give them another chancebecause I was highly disappointed today. Negative: I waited 28 minutes at the table after being sat before my waitress came togreet me or even talk to me. The food took another hour, they are unable to do eggs over hard they can only do scrambled, they need more help because service was slow. I don’t understand what the service charge was for, I would’ve like someexplanation on that as I didn’t notice it until I was uploading this review. Read more
