First off I would like to say LOCATION MATTERS Around the 26 I think it was I went into this place cause well its super hot so... chose this over cold stone. My wait was almost an hour Yes I said almost an hour! The person didn't wash their hands or changegloves as she was everywhere touching things struggling to keep order in order yet alone make them right. All the fruits tastednasty like she wiped the chipboard with her same glove she used to scoop the fruit she just cut with the same gloves stoppingconstantly in-between not sticking the food to stay food safe. She was at the register she was trying but she had long nails onnot very appetizing whe cutting fruit and you can pick the fruit up so she slides everything. LATER THAT NIGHT I WAS SICK ASHELL SIGNS OF LISTERIA AND IF YOU READ ON HOW YOU GET IT....THIS GIRL DID EVERYTHING THEY SAY NOT TO DO TO AVOID CATCHINGIT. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW AND IM STILL STICK ANS I KNOW IT WAS THIS FRUIT PLACE. I FORCED MYSELF TO EAT MINE WHICH TASTED LIKE AWATER RAG WAS WASHED WITH MY FRUIT EVERYTHING WAS OFF FLAVOR GONE FRESHNESS GONE. IM STILL SICK I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TOTHIS PLACE. THANKS FOR THE LISTERIA JUICE IT UP! MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES TAKE FOOD HANDLER CLASSES LIKE WEEKLY CAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLYNEED IT. Read more

The men working today were awesome: super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I am definitely getting a PB cold brew mocha again!

YOU NEED MORE STAFF THESE POOR WORKERS ALWAYS ALONE. like how cruel can you be! we have to wait and they deal with angry... customers... deal with this. Long wait times. These workers work shouldn?t have to deal with this.. plus customers are waitinglong time and some walk out!! Bad business.. Read more

Excellent service and wonderful attitudes, followed by some great smoothies. The employees saw I was in a wheelchair and opened... the door for me because they saw I wanted to come in. Hopefully the manager rewards them for that ???? Would gladly stop byagain to try something else on the menu, I picked up the lava one along with the mango madness smoothie. Read more

I was the first person in there and the last to leave. On top of that they made me feel like I was trying to steal and asked me... for my receipts many times before handing over me 2 orders. The bowl was horrible all ingredients were already spoiled. The"energizer" had way too much ginger. The entire thing made me sick and they do not accept the coupons they issue. Overall theworst customer service experience I've had... not worth it for the price considering the quality of the product. They employeeslook lost and do not know how to make he bowls or drinks.
