Just walked in as I tried to enter doors wouldn?t open o my left door is open and as I opened it it got stuck on my toe and cut... it . I asked an employee if they had a band aid and asked her why they don?t open both doors or (why are they both accessible)she gets an attitude and walks away saying ?I don?t know ask them!!!? Then comes back saying I?m blaming her for my accidentand Goes off s a begins to threaten me in-front of supervisor I proceed to ask for a. Bandit an explain to him what I said shecut is both off and threaten s me again saying ? I?m off at 4 I?ll meet you outside !?????i asked supervisor if he heard her hesays yes ! Is this the Ku did service you offer? Is this how your customers are treated? Never again ! Filing a police report asadvised by some of your customers listening to her ! Customers were saying she needs to be fired ! Can?t comment on food since Iwas threaten I left ! Read more

So excited to dig in to my first time of Jollibee. Ordered a 10 piece of pure spicy chicken with three sides, fries, mashed... potats, and adobo rice with a large gravy because I heard YOU HAVE TO DUNK the spicy chicken in it. Lets get to the downsidefirst, because...there is literally only one and its just a taste preference. Wasnt a fan of the rice. . . Thats it. lol Buteverything else was sooooooo delicious. Ordered through doordash (probably a 20+ minute drive from me) and it still came hot andcrispy. It was amazing. Honestly it has become my favorite fried chicken place. Come eat here, you wont regret it!! Read more

I ordered the 2 piece meal with a drink and asked for drums only. The cashier said okay and then did not honor my request. I... would have preferred to have been told no so I could have ordered differently. I can?t stand thighs?yuck but guess what? I likedtheirs!! The gravy was also most excellent and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were good too and I received extra gravywithout even having to ask. That, I appreciated a lot. Can?t have too much gravy. There was a lot of rice so if you areconcerned with the amount of food, they got your back with that plus you can use the extra gravy here since plain rice is kindof boring to me. If you want a diet drink, they don?t have it but I knew that going in by looking at their menu online. Ihonestly thought it might be an error. I don?t think I have been to a fast food joint without a diet soda choice. Read more

Had to try the famous Jollibee! Stopped by for lunch and surprisingly the place was not too crowded. There is an option to order... in line and order at the kiosk. We opted to order via kiosk since there was a line. It will assign you a beeper too so you'llknow when your order is ready. Once the order was placed, it did not take long before we received our food. We ordered the spicychickenjoy meal with mash potatoes and gravy and a side of spaghetti. The chicken had a nice crunch, was juicy, and packed goodheat. Would order that again. The spaghetti was not quite our jam. It is sweet. We knew going in but wanted to tryanyway. There was also an upstairs dining area that was closed. Read more

Finally a Jolibee in downtown Los Angeles! Right across the street from Macy?s and Joey?s. A great spot and luckily they have a... security guard too because it can get pretty sketchy around that sidewalk near the Train station stairs. Ordered the ChickenJoy 2 piece with Palabok. Excellent flavor as expected and the fried chicken was awesome. If you?ve eaten at a Jolibee beforethey all pretty much taste the same. This is the first Jolibee I?ve seen with a second floor with more seating. It was closedtoday but it?s a pretty big spot. Parking is hard, so be aware and there is no drive thru. Read more

I grew up with Jollibee way back when it was a local fastfood chain in the Philippines. If this is your first time dining here,... here are some of my recommendations: Chickenjoy. This is their bread and butter Jolly Spaghetti. This is a traditional Filipinospaghetti upped to 11. It will taste a little bit sweet. But this is normal for Filipinos Burger steak. Don?t expect too much.Gravy sauce is good. Pineapple juice. If you like it sweet. Peach mango pie. Best dessert ever! Read more
