I don?t like to post bad reviews, but my experience here yesterday requires it. I ordered two smoothies and was the only person... inside. Waited around 20 minutes since it looked like they were taking care of online orders first. The girl who made mysmoothies made them individually even though they were both the same. Could have saved time by making them at the same time.They were handed to me with juice all over the sides so I had to wipe them off. I didn?t say anything to them about the wait orthe juice on the sides of the cups. The biggest issue is in the next paragraph. I was sharing the smoothies with family so Idrove home and started drinking it when I discovered there were pieces of plastic chopped up in my smoothie! Not one piece but abunch. As if something fell into the blender and got all chopped up. I drove back to the store since there is no number you cancall. Never heard of a store not having a phone number. They gave me a refund and did seem to care, which I appreciate, butcouldn?t figure out where the thick plastic would?ve come from. I?m sorry but the staff is poorly trained and it?s a shamebecause it did taste good. After all of that I went to Whole Foods for my smoothie instead with no issues. Read more
The vegan shake I got looked nothing like the picture - it was a watery consistency not like a shake at all. The juice was good.... It tasted fresh and was the consistency of juice. I had high hopes for this place. It?s so hard to find a juice/ smoothie placethat doesn?t add a bunch of sugar to their drinks. Read more
Juices are great. Food is mediocre. The issue with this location is the staff. While some are fairly friendly, most are not. No... one greets you when you walk in or asks if you have questions while looking at the menu. The place (especially the outsidepatio) is always a mess. Garbage overflowing, dirty cups and plates laying out. No lights turned on early morning so it looksclosed. Employees never know what they are doing because they are always new. I?ve never seen the same employee in there morethan once and I go at least once a week. It?s crazy! Also, the app is awful and this location is always ?out of? an ingredientso it?s useless to order ahead. Never seen a manager and they need one there at all times. Badly. Read more
I do love the space, mood and decoration. Furnitures are super cute too, but sadly, fly and trashes are everywhere. Like other... comments, I do agree this store need little more cleanliness. Read more
I absolutely love coming here. I bring my daughter and the staff is really kind to her. They make her and her friends special... ?ice coffees? which is just milk on ice - because it comes from not mom, she actually drinks it. The sandwiches are amazing.It?s a little pricey but it?s all good quality. Read more
They have the tastiest sandwiches. The turkey and avocado toast are my favorite. They have different juice mixes, and a... selection of espresso-based drinks. The quality of the each menu item is just wonderful. This branch has been one of myfavorite places for a long time but recently their customer service has slowly become unacceptable. When you walk in, nobodyeven bothers to look at your face, let alone greet you. Two of the trashcans were so full that people were leaving their cupsnext to them. Tables were not cleaned between customers. I ordered a small and large drink. The portions were exactly the sameand I took a video of it too. I will change my rating if any of the managers reaches out to me but for now, 5 stars for food, 1for service. Read more
I like the idea of what they bring forth. They have lots stuff on the menu to eat and alternatives to the typical coffee and tea... bar. Like the name states, they have lots of juice with many ways to serve it. Sounds refreshing right? That's the idea! andI'm not just biased because I installed the menu board! I checked it out, just haven't tried it yet cause it was closed by timeI got there to replace the old menu with an updated menu board! The juice Stay Away Doc was really good and served cold. I also got a sandwich - joes club which was pretty good, the bread was... crispy. However, the establishment was very dirty. Lots of crumbs, dirt and stains on the floor and the upholstered chairs weredingy and covered in stains.
