We had an issue with our delivery order. I called the store to ask what might have happened and spoke with Steve, the manager. ... Steve was beyond concerned, he listened to us and said that there was indeed an issue with the product. He offered to replaceboth subs. I drove to the store the next day and was helped by manager Michelle. She said she knew about the order and wasready to make it right. She walked the order to my car, added a couple of cookies and insisted on refunding the original order.I told her it wasn?t necessary but she wouldn?t take no for answer because ?if customers don?t speak up when there?s an issue,they can never make things perfect. I've been a customer at least 2-3 times a month since they've opened. Today 1/18 is my last day. Their manager, thought it was... appropriate to tell me jokingly they take all types of payments, including FOOD STAMPS (which they actually don't take). I toldhim I'd never seen one. As a highly educated, well employed Woman of Color, I'm highly offended! I paid with my Gold BusinessAmerican Express, and came back to my well paying career to write this review. I should have walked out, but it took me aminute to realize I'd been humiliated, mistreated and disrespected. I'll never support this location again. I've loved JerseyMike's since undergrad at Michigan State University. I'll just have to drive to Culver City. Read more
I only write reviews when I have a vast preponderance of evidence to support my opinion. This location is great, better than... the one on Beverly that's close to my place. I visit this one almost weekly with my kids and am always impressed with themorale of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and how smooth they run their operations. It's rare to find customer servicethat is this strong across all these areas. Take the poor reviews with a healthy dose of skepticism and check out this locationwhen you need to grab something quick. There's usually street parking close by or an open spot in the lot. Read more
Friendly and cheerful staff. My "go to" Chipotle cheese Steak (#43) was as good as it gets.
The worse location. Stuff is unorganized, unpleasant, very slow. Pick up for order online is not ready when it is told and when... it is finally ready, the stuff gets confused and they don't know who's order it is. I witnessed, when they put wrong ingredientson the order, instead making a new sub they try to cover it. I would highly recommend to use other Jersey Mike's locations andnot this one on Olympic Blvd in West LA. Read more
