Completely horrible experience. I went in for lunch around 11am on Friday 6/17. Nobody else on line and I was met with a full... on passive aggressive attitude from all workers. No greeting or acknowledgement at all. The guy making sandwiches refused toeven look up and acknowledge me. When he finally did, he spoke down to me, as if I was bothering him, and was snapping at mewith his questions about what I wanted. As if I was a bother to him. Although no one else was ordering, it took about 20minutes to make my sandwich. and everyone?s back was to me. Then he rung up part of my order for someone else. After I wasrung up, he just spun around and walked quickly away. No acknowledgement that I had just ordered. I don?t know what happenedto this place. They used to be so nice there. I will never go to this location again. They have lost my business forever, andI suggest they clean house and train a new crew that actually puts forth some effort into making their patrons feel appreciated. Read more

My issue isn?t with Restuarant. Problem is with Postmate. My last order, I tipped driver at the door. I tipped driver $5.00,... for a $10 sandwich. However, the Postmate app will not allow me to use it until I put ?tip on app?. I tipped driver more thanthe tip calculator suggests. I?ve tried contacting Postmate to no avail. So... Stopped by for a quick sub. 4 people working two people in line. Nobody greeted me which is unusual, unlike when I have gone to... other Jersey Mike's locations. I order, go to next step look down at toppings and I immediately saw that the lettuce looked NotFresh, wilted, and lacking in Green lettuce. I was disappointed and then when I saw one of the workers pick up the extralettuce(had juices on it)that had fallen around the actual lettuce container and causally throw it back in. I was totallygrossed out! She then asked if I wanted it Mike's way and I said Yes, but NO lettuce, it looks bad today. She didn't look at itor ask me why I felt that way, or call the manager. Mind you it was not very busy. Two people behind me. Then when my sub gotpassed to the next worker he nicely asked if I wanted it cut, I said yes. I get my sub home and it's cut Very uneven the meat isfalling out one side and again, not like the service I am use to at other locations. I'm not sure what is going on with thatlocation, but I may not visit again. Especially if the workers are ok with tossing fallen toppings from around the counter backinto the containers. I just don't think that is ok IMO. Update:I did call the location and spoke with the nice assistantmanager. (The actual manager was out.) She said that scooping the lettuce up and putting it back in is Not ok. She wrote downwhat I said and offered me a credit for a new sub. That was very nice of her. I'm not in the area so I told her that there wasno need. And my concern was safety of food being prepared. Then I described the worker who made my sub so they would know andcould discuss it. Well the assistant manager said that I had just described The Actual Manager for the location. I said"Wow!" That stunned me. Because again, what was done was not ok. It's a health code violation. These folks make a quality sandwich and stand behind their product. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and tasty bread make... for a fine sandwich. While they recommend "Mike's way", they're always happy to make it your way. this location was notparticularly crowded which made for quick service. Read more
