I used to come here almost daily back in 2015, and whenever I come here today I feel like I am still treated with so much... happiness and kindness from the workers. It's genuinely shocking. The workers are so, so nice . I came in too early for mypickup order and I knew it wouldn't be ready yet, but I was still told I could take a free chips and drink even though I didn'tmind waiting and I came in too early anyway. I?ve eaten at Jersey Mikes for years because of my gluten allergy. A team member had educated me on their rules to keep my food... from contamination. Never had an issue. This location was awful they practically denied service to me and got upset because theywere refusing to follow their own allergy protocols to minimize my exposure to gluten. Read more
Great location in Westwood for a good quality sub. The prices of Jersey Mike is higher than a typical Subway, $9+ for a... regular, but the quality in the meats is real. The rest of the veggies are pretty standard, tomatoes, onions, lettuce. Thestaff here are great in explaining the choices. They validate for parking at this location for an hour and seating is availableboth inside and outside. Read more
Was looking forward to getting a sandwich from here at launch was able to order through uber eats. Keep working for a couple... hours decided to check on my order to make sure everything was ok. Food was delicious. Food staff was kind and quick. Manager was a real piece of work though. Rude rude rude man not at all... concerned with constomer needs. A bit aggressive and pushy with his own staff who were just dealing with normal lunch rushissues best they could. Even made comments at the expense of restaurant patrons. Calling names once and only once when mealswould finish and not offering opportunity to add toppings to sandwiches once made. Assuming an attempt to cope with goodafternoon business.
