Worst experience ordered online ASAP 25min wait be done at 12pm. Went in 12:03 still haven't started and 4 sandwiches ahead. I... asked for a refund and want everyone to know. Good fast food deli sandwich. The restaurant is in a plaza that offers free two hour parking in a garage as long as you are... shopping in that plaza. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The sandwiches are made with freshly sliced cold cutsthat are sliced when you order. I got an Italian and my wife got a turkey and provolone. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. Read more
I've never seen a group of people make making sandwiches look so difficult. It is literally painful to place an order and watch... them deal with other costumers. The soda syrup is out 90% of the time, too. The food this always fresh and delicious though. Read more
The food is fine but 3 of the past 3 times I went here they took my order, forgot about it, and didn't start making it until I... complained (after paying). They make the correct sandwich, but typically fail to make it as specified (missing extras,substitutes, or basic ingredients). The staff are friendly, but completely ambivalent. Overall it's not terrible, but it is oneof the most poorly operated chain restaurants I've ever encountered. Read more
