I won?t visit this location again. Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience at approximately 9:58am on October 8, 2022. A... young lady with brunette hair and blonde highlights gave me an unpleasant experience. There?s no guarantee that each day withbe a good day for any of us but we do have control over how we treat each other; her reluctant attitude is exactly the energythat can make someone?s good day become a bad one. I was calm and playful with her despite being overcharged for my drink andher response was to slam my drink on the counter and be unpleasant overall. I hope she cheers up. Read more

I used to love Jamba until I visited this location. Staff was rude last time I went. This time I waited for 10 minutes and was... not even acknowledged or greeted. Finally just left. Won't be going back. Read more

They obviously don?t know what they?re doing at this location, I ordered a Mango smoothie and when it arrived it tasted like... nothing, but orange juice, not mango pineapple and strawberry as was described. The taste of the orange juice overpowered thewhole smoothie so bad I didn?t even drink it. I also ordered a peanut butter mood smoothie and it?s as if trying to swallow ajar of JIF! I am highly dissatisfied with my order and experience. Jamba Juice has really fell off the wagon! Read more

I love jamba juice but every time I order from thus location it comes out wrong or taste nothing like the order I ask for. If it... would be once I wouldn't mind but after ordering a few times and more than half are wrong or taste wrong I wouldn't recommend atleast from this location Read more

Emily and Destiny were the 2 individuals working on Sunday August 22nd between 2:30 and 3:30. They were so rude..didn't... smile..barely greeted us .. made us the wrong sized drink and just overall acted like they didn't want to be there. Horribleexperience. Please quit if you can't exhibit basic customer service skills at a retail shop. They almost acted like they didn'tlike one another. Constantly ignored questions and acted like they couldn't hear us. These people are not looking out for the customer, serving RAW PORK and then coming back with some charred Sandwich. The charred... sandwich was only after giving them a second due to the RAW Pork. Still the manager/ Owner manages to mess that up. Theindividual who attended me was clearly an Owner and/or Manager as he was out of uniform and giving instructions to his worker.Watch out with that one petite girl in there she's got a little attitude about her. Super nice staff. Parking sucks, but you can park on the small street (northbound) before it on Ingraham. Parking is .50c for... 30 min. There?s construction at the moment on Wilshire. Right next to the Coffee bean and Sushi place. Read more
