Who ever is in charge and running this place should be ashamed. You need to hire more people. I feel sorry for the staff. Bump... up the perks or something because this is the fourth time in two months my order has taken 45 mins when I order in advanceonline. This is closer but going to have to switch to Roebucks. Waited 20 minutes on Saturday April 23rd and was not greeted at all!!! No eye recognition no HELLO no nothing. The service was... terrible!!! I come here at least three times a week in the morning and this crew working today was Horrific! NO RECOGNITION!!!Turned backs on ME! This was the worst experience I have had. Not only did it take over 25 mins to get two drinks. But, they tasted like colored... water!! I guy at the register was slower then a constipated snail. The girl making the drinks wasn't much faster. They bothlooked and acted like this was the snd of their lives. They actually told customers that they were not taking orders. I meanwho says that.
