I placed an order online that way it would?ve been done when I got there. WRONG! The lady said they were working on the açaí... bowls so it would be a few more minutes. No problem but then FOUR other people got their stuff before I did. They came after meand i?ve been waiting five minutes already. The customers were not following the social distance rules so I didn?t feelcomfortable walking up to the window and why I ordered online so I have less contact. I?m finally able to ask another worker andshe grabs my order out the fridge! I asked her if it?s been there and she stated that she just finished the smoothies. WHICH ONEIS IT?! I was paying attention the whole time. THEY DID NOT JUST FINISH THAT. Now I have smoothies that are more juice thananything and the açaí bowl wasn?t even filled up or with the correct amount of toppings. SUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMERSERVICE TODAY. Read more
Jamba juice is great, but today I went in being the fifth person to be inside, as we all know there are only 5 people allowed... inside due to social distancing. Well someone came in right behind me, and yet server Maria S let me know I needed to waitoutside. I told her repeatedly that I was the 5th person, yet she still wanted me to go outside, and let the person after mestay I?m guessing because of order -pick up. A few minutes later more customers went inside, they had 6 people again at onepoint, and me waiting from the outside I was trying to see if the same server who was telling me to wait outside would sayanything, but she didn?t. I?m just expressing that if you are going to make sure there are only 5 people ordering or waitinginside, you do the same when there are other people who come in and you have 5 already, not just to the ones you feel likepicking and choosing. Maybe it?s not a big deal but it ruined my experience, please work on keeping count of who comes in firstand how many people you have inside at all times. Read more
As far as the smoothie goes...it was good. But there was a guy in front of me who had his face less than a foot away from the... blenders. You can see in my photo he was completely disobeying the 6 foot rule and they said nothing to him. If you want a healthy smoothie, then look no further. Jamba juice is the place to go. This is one of my favorite place to get a... healthy smoothie. As a health and fitness fanatic, I always look for a plant/fruit based drink. I came here after my savage homeworkout and need a nutritious drink to quench my body and soul. They have a plethora of choices on their menu; after 2 minutesof deliberation, ogling and self-convincing in what to choose, I finally came to a conclusion. I ordered their world's famousapple 'n greens which has the following ingredients apple strawberry juice blend, kale, mangoes, bananas and peaches. It onlyhas 320 cal. The cold, soft smoothie taste was perfect. Staff were assiduous, amiable and stolid. Prices were reasonable andcompetitive. Ample of parking. Overall I had a wonderful smoothie and order experience.
