Immediately upon entering the store the profane cussing of the music and male chauvinistic lyrics ruined the experience. More... than that, little kids present should not be subjected to your inappropriate music when they simply came to get a smoothie.Totally unprofessional and unethical. Additionally, it would behoove you to know the ingredients in the shakes and to notoverfill the blenders so as to have to pour the remainder away after you pour a small smoothie. Such a waste of product. Sadlyall we saw were poor business practices all around. Jamba juice is great but this location was bad experience. Skip thislocation and try the Innovation Jamba juice in old pasadena. Read more

A Black public servant 1st responder came in to purchase a drink...asked to use the restroom the worker said NO! The Mgr said... NO...60 yr old man...What's wrong with this picture???? Drinks are decent but seems like the workers don?t like their jobs because customer service sucks. The employee I dealt with... Blanca W on my receipt had an annoyed face while I was making a simple one drink order. And literally ignored me when I askedwhat time they opened. We were the only two people in the store she was standing right in front of the register. I asked again asecond time and she just straight up bland face and all pretended not to hear me. I don?t understand how people in the serviceindustry hire people who hate customers and their jobs. Very disappointed. And frankly disrespected by the employees attitudeand lack of response to a simple question. Read more

Super sad that they don?t carry their oatmeal with brown sugar crumble ???????????? anymore!! Seriously whyyy!!! It boggles my... mind and makes them lose an entire star.Anyway, tried an açaí bowl with granola instead and it was pretty dang good. Great experience at the Eagle Rock Jamba. I got a 28 oz freshly pressed apple juice-- I got to watch them put 8 apples in the... juicer and see my drink come out. It was delicious, nutritious, and worth the money. Chris (sp?) who helped me out wasfriendly, fun, & honest. Great people, great food! I also signed up for the Jamba Juice app and so got $3 off $10 which was anice perk. I would return. Read more

i left my review on yelp and considering you have a lot of bad reviews on there im going to leave one on here as well. I was... there around 11:30 today but the customer service was terrible i waited around a few minutes for someone to come up to theregister i was patient thinking they were busy in the back as i heard talking but the girl came out from behind the washingstation only to say "what do you want" it caught me off guard but i ignored once i was done ordering she immediately left theregister to go make the drinks this usually wouldn't be an issue but i wanted to pay cash but i ended up paying with cardbecause she didn't want to come back as soon as i paid i was ready to walk away but she came running back only to ask for a tipthat's what got me annoyed. She acted like there was a rush happening but i was the only person there. after i got my order iasked for a bag and cup holder and she just looked at me and walked away to help the other customer that barley walked in and iwas just left standing there luckily another worker had just walked in and asked if it needed anything and i asked for the samething only for her to reach her hand to the side and hand me the two objects. i was just stunned at how the girl with the pinkgap sweater couldn't do the same thing since she was standing right in front of it. (the girl with the pink gap hoodie was outof uniform and didn't wear gloves while making my order so much for saying they take safety measures seriously) the girl wasalso on the phone the entire time which was annoying as well. I hate to be a "karen" but staff here needs to be trained on howto act in a work environment if you want to be on a phone call with your friend do it when you're on a break or outside of workyou're not being paid to talk on the phone.
