Worst experience ever. We show up to drive thru and they said only ok online orders because the system when down they said order... online or wait 20 min we waited over 20 min we go back again to drive thru n she said the same thing this is not the first timeor second time u guys need to watch cameras on ur employees because is not fair they always say the same thing system down Ieven took a picture of there pos I dont know if your pos is like the one I work at yoshinoya when the system goes down the wholecomputer restarts so that means no online orders neither. This is THE WORST Jack in the box ever!!! 50% of the time their system is ?resetting? or ?down? and they can?t even take an... order! But they don?t tell you immediately when you arrive, they make you wait and then they tell you like 5 minutes later. Whenyou are able to order the food is hard, nasty, cold!!
