I cant even get food in person. I walked in to unlocked doors and a male employee said " you know we are closed for inside... right?" And turned me away . I didnt realize i need a car to go through the drive through JUST to get food and i work walkingdistance from this location . This has happened on multiple occasions and there is no sign , no explanation and being greetedrudely does not make me feel welcomed. So disappointed. Read more
BEFORE THE COVID19 THIS PLACE WAS GREAT DOING THE BEST MUNCHIE MEAL IN THE MIDDLE AT THE NIGHT! NOW THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!... LAST NIGHT I ORDERED 2 MUNCHIES MEALS, IWAITED A HALF AN HOUR. FINALLY WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE ORDER IN 2 BOXES, I SAID THANKS.WHEN I OPENED OH GOD THE HUMBURGER WAS TOO DRY, THERE'S NO KETCHUP, THERE'S NO SALSA ON IT. The food was served, customer service is just good.
I eat breakfast here faithfully every weekday on my way to work. The service is always timely and efficient. The staff beyond... friendly and they never get my order wrong. Even at 4:55am!!! Read more
