This experience was THE WORST experience I have EVER had at this location! The service is usually great and the orders are... always correct! Usually when the night mgr is there she's always great with her customers....she's the best. Hopefully she'llsee this and out that guy in a training class. Read more

Here is another review for all the people who wanna make sure their visit is going to be an experience to be not remembered in a... joking or negative way. The restroom is available without having to use a key, or wait to use the restroom one at a time. Plusthe food here is really reliable, breakfast after 1 pm and fries that are really well cooked. Come on! You?re located in Los Angeles & not a forest! Visited twice in the evening, lobby always locked even at 7:00 pm. Drive... through always busy 5 to 10 minutes order takes 20 to 30 minutes! Shows their incompetence! This staff should be working in someremote locations where they can close at 5! Read more
