10/19/22 6:00pm. Just left Jack in the Box on western& Florence. I waited in the drive through for like 10 minutes to order.... All I could hear was loud music. I kept saying hello. No one answered, No one took my order, so I drove to the window. One carwas at the window. When I got to the window the lady said. Why didn't you order at the intercom. I told her, because no one cameto take my order. An African American girl was talking loud and crazy because I didn't order at the intercom. So I left. I had just gotten off a long bus ride and had already paid for my food I needed to use the restroom I was rushed out of there to... the point where they turned the lights off. It was not a pleasant experience for me due to the fact I'm scared of the dark andthe fact that I am a paying customer I should be able to wash my hands and face after using the restroom before I eat food! Iget that a lot of homeless people are making bathroom situations hard for everyone but just because I had a backpack doesn'tmean I'm a homeless person. This particular one was just doing good & having a great day. Unlike McDonald's, breakfast served ALL DAY. I love that. It was... around noon but I still felt like breakfast, so I ordered my personal favorite, the LOADED BREAKFAST SANDWICH! It's like acomplete breakfast between toasted sourdough bread. Delicious ????
