They move slow,. Ignore you and have people who don't speak English ordering. Do better
My order was all wrong. I order a later night box. My buger had no meat, just a sourdough bread. I call them over 16 times... 42hours to talk with a manager. All I got was an answering machine. I took my receipt back through the take out window. Toexplain what happened to my order. Bad customer service...he wanted the food back and the receipt. I was grateful to have Jack in the box in their hot meal program using your EBT food stamps because at that time I didn't have... any money and that was the only thing that I had was my EBT card I really truly am grateful that Jack in the box has that typeof program instilled in their facility if it wasn't for them having that program the hot meal program I wasn't I wouldn't havebeen able to eat that day because I didn't have no money but thank God I had my EBT card for my Hotmail program thank you Jackin the box you were a lifesaver and I love the customer service Read more
