The drive through was extremely slow! Along with the fact that the there were only 3 cars in the drive thru, including my... vehicle. One in front and one behind my car. At the window, the worker did not greet me or say a work to me....just handed me myfood. They also forgot to include the cheese that comes inside the sandwich I ordered and paid for!?! Terrible! After going over the order 4 times & the person cooking even came out to go over it. Got home & it was wrong. After ordering a... cheese burger with no lettuce, I got a spicy chicken sandwich that looked like the sole of an old pair of shoes. This place is aconfused mess. Never going again. I ordered through the app and when I got there they said they weren't accepting orders. I had to explain to them that I had a... pick up order and they eventually let me through. It was very obvious that they were annoyed and they were being very rude tome. I got my food which was four tacos. I started eating the first taco but I had to stop because of how spicy it was. I endedup puking because of how spicy it was.....I looked at the rest and they were all drenched in this sauce. I'm allergic toCapsaicin....I don't know if they put a ton of fire sauce on them or what they did but this was extremely unprofessionalbehavior. Im thinking about filing a police report or taking legal action. I don't understand how Jack in the box allows thatkind of stuff to happen.... Even though they're doing food service, through the drive-thru window and it's taking longer than usual when you get your... food.when U get your food it's hot. at this location they're working hard. And I have been to some others. This Jake's is doingbetter then 5star's. Read more
Its a jack in the box... U pass by u see no cars in the drive thru u go, u alot of cars then u eating somewhere else, everything... else...
