Going to this jack in the box was like a horror movie. There was me and one other car in line and it still took 30mins to take... our order and receive it. The employee there named Natalie is the worst employer America could hire. She was fraternizing withsomeone in the car ahead of me for 15mins. When i placed my order with Natalie i told her no pickles im allergic to them. I getmy order and took a bite out the sandwich and there was pickles and i had to rush to the hospital. I asked for water she toldshe cant give me water????. Then after i came back from the hospital to get my money back i received major attitude from Ms.natalie and she walked away while i was talking and another gentlemen came and assisted me. Sadly, this place needs to shut down. The homelessness in the area has taken over this location like a parasite epidemic. You... cannot walk in. I understand, but for Pete's sake, put a sign up or something!!! I have to pee!!! So we went to the drivethrough. The line was long. There signs everywhere promoting the popcorn chicken. Worst customer service ever , the girl that helped us was the worst.She told us her system went down which wasn't her fault but... her behavior afterward was so childish and unprofessional.She told us we couldn't order , mocked us like a child and startedmaking baby noises.Then she started cursing at us.My partner was trying to be reasonable with her and she tried to say she wasby herself and she was having a bad day but then went on to act childish again.We waited at the window and can clearly see thereare people inside.This was the worst behavior I have ever scene from an employee.And I will not be returning ever.
