They were completely closed when I went. At 11 am on a Tuesday. I understand things happen but it's so easy to put a sign so... that the customers aren't struggling trying to figure out what's going on. Read more
It's fast food, but I'm still big on customer service. I always receive good service, drive thru moves pretty fast.
They did not give me my cream with my coffee order. They just gave me sugar. They almost did it to me last time too. Good thing... I asked before driving off. Just a reminder for them if someone orders.coffee,.give them creamer and sugar! Read more
Food is always generally good and but morning staff sucks when it comes to customer service. Drive thru is given priority over... the inside counter POS. Staff very rude and dismissive at times. Especially of black ppl. They work in our neighborhood but lookdown upon us. As if they are doing us a favor by taking our order and they are being disturbed. I was ignored several times inthe lobby and at the door. The sign says it should be open but the doors were still locked and no explanation. Literally had towalk thru the drive thru to ask what time would they open. The response was much later than it says it opened. I enjoy the foodand wanted breakfast, but no go and loss of money because I was buying for several ppl. Read more
