I had an embarrassing moment happen when my card was short on the payment. I wanted to melt!!! I was about to leave when the... worker helping me COVERED MY BEHIND!!! I visit her a lot for my own food or Uber Eats. Never had any issues here. The staff isusually friendly. But THIS GESTURE needed a review. Not everyone would do that. Looks like there's more than just a Jack in thatbox. It came with someone that shows compassion. (Ye ye, this review over an employee helping my broke butt out BUT THAT IS NOTA REQUIRED SERVICE. French toast are delish but they're customer service, was awful! If they don't like dealing with customers, why do they get a... customer service position? Time after time you'll encounter with this things that they call themselves " Customer Service Reps"all they represent is how miserable they are by giving people a disgusting service. I worked for 25 years in customer serviceand I've never had a complain, on the contrary people would thank me for my service. This Jack in the Box is by far the best one I've gone to. Even when the drive-thru line is long the staff get through it super... quick. I've very rarely had messed up orders here compared to nearly every time everywhere else. The staff is always quick,professional but nice on top of it. Martha and Juana are great people! And despite that there is a jack in the box a block awayfrom work, I grab food here instead before heading out. Read more
Liz at the counter hates her job, apparently. Won't help upon arrival, and tosses food onto the counter at whoever is waiting,... without even bothering to say who it's for. Stick to the drive thru, avoid the sour stay. ??????? Read more
