Fries were cold and when I asked for new ones the girl at the front had a terrible attitude about it, snatched the fries out my... hand and when they gave me so called new fries the bag wasn't even filled half way. The little short skinny woman has the nastiest attitude. Not only toward the customers but toward her own employees. I don?t... know if she has a manager but it was very unpleasant I just ordering with her. I are used to stop here but once a week but notanymore until she?s fired. I've been going to Jack's on Mission for a few years now & I'm very pleased with the way I'm treated there, just like a friend.... My food is always hot & there's never a problem if there happens to be something that needs to be addressed it's always handledin a professional way & always with a smile. Carlos was my drive thru server! He was very Rude and had bad customer service. We gone home and notice they had to forgot to... put our desert in the bad. WE had to go all the way back to the drive thru to let Carlos know he didnt put our dessert in thebag and he continue to have an attitute.We did not get apology nor have a goodnight at the first time we order!
