I just want to start by saying I've never been to this location until the other day. It was a terrible experience. When I... walked through the door, the employee looked at me and just started laughing. Then it seemed like nobody wanted to take myorder. There were no courtesies durning my transaction and I almost instantly regretted ordering food from there. When givenmy food, I was once again greeted with a snarky attitude. I just did a pick up from here. I went to the drive-through because I seen three employees standing at the front entrance. I... asked him where they open inside of the lobby at. The lady kept responding to pull forward. I said it three times before sheunderstood what I was saying guess the lobby was still open and I was asking because I had to use the restroom. I didn?t evenend up using the restroom I just picked up the order and left but I feel like that?s unprofessional for employees to be standingoutside talking not even working and then when you go inside it?s like almost 10 workers. My fiancé and I ordered 2 combos and when I had asked for ketchup, they had only given me three. THREE KETCHUP PACKETS??? For a... large and medium fry, they give me the equivalent of a toddler?s small snack. Why are we greeding over ketchup packets??? Isthere a tomato shortage I don?t know about? Nevertheless, the main offense of my most recent order is the triple patty combo.What they did was take the equivalent of 1 and a half patties, made it three and called it a day. Terrible.
