I always pass by this spot & decided to get a nice cold drink that day. I ordered the XL size of avocado flavor with extra boba... and red bean. I want to leave a good review but their bobas are heavy feeling compared to other places and the bottom of the drink is mushed... boba. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I am 8 months pregnant & rushed over to boba time before closing & was turned away & told they were only... accepting card or Apple Pay when I am a loyal customer & Always come to this location online it says cash & card accepted it?ssad how lazy they are to make a sale rather then turning one down just because they were about to close maybe to make it easieron themself being that there was cash on the counter so I?m assuming they counted & closed out cash sales before even closing upshop I hope the owners can see that they?re workers are in fact not about their sales but about closing whether customers makeit in on time or not I was very upset since I was craving this & had to make the trip rushing out wasting my time & gas to beturned away I will not be coming back to this location after that. Great drinks. I don't really like Boba, myself, but they will happily exclude it from your drink if you'd prefer it that way.
Pretty good boba, their lavender flavor leaves some to be desired and I think there?s a few better spots in Pasadena. The staff... are super fast in getting you your order and always very helpful. I recommend them if you?re in eagle rock and a boba fan. I doreally like their tapioca! Read more

The best boba that I have had so far is the cookies and cream with boba. This is the best. Pros -Good variety of boba with great flavor and consistent across chains. Has a loyalty reward program that allows you to get freebobas with a certain amount of purchases. Cons - Boba tends to be too sweet and sugary ! We arrived at 9:59 and were turned away due to not being open.... When we arrived the man working did not greet us which... prompted us to say hi and ask if they were open (he was setting up chairs). The man told us that they were not opened so we saidthank you and walked away, come to find out they open at 10... customers should always be greeted and at least be told thatthey'll be right with you. We did not mind waiting and would've been patient with him since he was still setting up but his toneand attitude was very disrespectful. Read more
