Review based off of the DineLA menu: This was my first time going to Intercrew and it left quite the impression! With the... DineLA menu you are served a four-course meal having the choice between two to three choices at each step. Most of the choicesare available on the a la carte menu. Some, like the Sous Vide Salmon, were only found in the DinelLA menu. I'm not sure if theyoffer it regularly. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Lowlight environment with small lamps at each table. Whenyou enter, you're met with the giant chandelier on the ceiling and an interesting table layout. Near the end of the room is aset of stairs that lead you to the second floor lounge/dining area. We had a reservation at 6:30 and were tended to promptlyand got seated on the second floor. As noted in other reviews, the DineLA menu servings are smaller than their a la carte.Doing the math it seems like it would come out to around the same from the a la carte menu. However, I enjoyed the entire courseand think the servings were perfect and brought about an experience on its own. 1. Burrata Toast Burrata foam on top of abrioche toast with pistachio butter on a drizzle of honey truffle gastrique. Sweet, simple and light. A perfect appetizer forthe rest of the meal. 2. Wagyu Bolognese The menu says it's spicy, but it does not pack a punch. For some that may bedisappointing, however, I enjoyed it and thought it was the right amount. The pasta is eggier and appears to be fresh so Iassume it is made inhouse. The wagyu seems to be the main draw, but its flavors are mixed with the pancetta and parmigianaregiano so some may be left underwhelmed. Overall enjoyed it! 3. Sous Vide Salmon For me this was the star of the course. Thesalmon cuts like butter and melts in the mouth with the fresh and light flavor of salmon. The risotto is super rich andhonestly, I couldn't get enough of it! As you make your way through the risotto and salmon, you're greeted with poached spinac Read more

Intercrew is a new American and Asian fusion restaurant located in Ktown. I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. They... have a lowlight environment with small lamps at each table. When I walked through the door I instantly felt Great Gatsby vibeswith a giant chandelier on the ceiling and a spiral staircase, it's stylish and very sophisticated. Good Vibes!! Read more

Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in) They were having issues with their reservation system so we had to call in multiple times but they... were able to get us a table. When we checked in, we were seated right away at a booth. The customer service is great in thatthey're attentive, but they checked in way too many times & interrupted our conversations quite a bit. It did make us feel a bitrushed even though it wasn't their intention. Panna Still Water ($8): Not sure how they charge for water but we got 2 Pannastill water bottles. 5th & Adam Cocktail ($15): This is a mezcal based drink my husband got. I thought it was okay but nothingstood out about it. Pretty standard to me. Anejo Honey Sour Cocktail ($16): I liked my tequila based drink. It had a honeyaftertaste which is nice. Wasn't very strong to get me buzzed though. Wagyu Bolognese ($28): I didn't really taste the wagyu aseverything blended together in this dish so nothing stood out. Pan Roasted Dry Aged Duck Breast ($26): The duck breast wasn'tbad but wasn't that great either. It could have been juicer & I think they would have benefited with having a thicker more umamisauce on the side for dipping since the duck & garlic jus wasn't enough to balance out the dryness. I also thought the yukongold mash & mustard frill were interesting sides to the duck breast but wouldn't say they complimented it well. Uni & DuxelleAgnolotti ($28): The favorite of the table. Everyone loved the uni. I didn't try the uni but really liked the duxelle agnolotti. The agnolotti was plumped & once you take a bite, the duxelle provides a burst of flavors. You can definitely taste the butterfrom the duxelle which makes it so creamy. The presentation was also beautiful so this is a must try. Seafood Paella ($68): Thepaella came out pretty dry. The rice was like crispy rice. The soondubu base flavor didn't come out as well. We forgot to askwhat the catch of the day was but it was a white fish which was good but not at the melt in your Read more

I celebrated a friend's birthday here and the experience was just magical! There was beautiful live music on the Sunday night I... was there. The atmosphere was swanky and lovely. The chandelier, I mean, c'mon. There was a group of 8 of us, but it would be areally nice spot for a date night! We decided to share a bunch of dishes. We tried the burrata toast, duck bao buns, hamachicrudo, wagyu bolognese, Sichuan fried chicken, Josper grilled pork chop, the duck, and (I believe) the trumpet mushrooms.Everything was so good! I really enjoyed the fried chicken and the pork chop - both were cooked to perfection. And the basquecheesecake was just to die for! In addition, I may have discovered the most deliciously balanced cocktail of all time: theañejo honey sour. I would come back just for this drink. Overall, it was a unique and delicious meal, and I can't wait to comeback! Read more

One of my favorites, Intercrew: Los Angeles ?? If you don’t like your vegetables, get in and change your mind with the... Brussel sprouts. Waygu Bolognese: A must! I love the spice. Hamachi Crudo: So good, that we order this every time! Pan roastedDry Aged Duck: Not your average meal. It's Excellent! Tiger Water ????: I only with the glass was bigger. Very refreshing, lovely, and perfect. Unfortunately, the Mac and cheese was overcooked and not a favorite. The Veggie cauliflower dish was toohealthy for me.. ???? Read more

Service was great right when we got there but fell off. Empty drink glasses were left on the table and no one bothered to bring... replacement utensils from those removed after appetizers. We were left with mains and no utensils. 5 minutes went by and we hadto ask a busser walking by for some. The Australian Wagyu strip was very good and highly recommended. The Japanese Wagyu Sandohad good flavor but in no way is a main dish. Three single bite size mini sandwiches with sauce. Bite size means 1 x 1.5 inch Read more

I don’t know where this place came from, but it’s a welcome addition. In a sea of what seems like daily new KBBQ and Pocha... openings, Intercrew is what I would consider the first finer dining experience to hit K-town in quite some time. The food issuperb and every custom cocktail is a hit. Ambiance is fantastic and the staff is super friendly and helpful. This is asupperclub through and through (think Nice Guy but way better). Start your evening downstairs and then transition up thefabulous staircase to the lounge upstairs. Be advised, you will pay for the experience. Nothing about this place is cheap. Champagne is priced as if this were a large club, over 2x more than even a top Michelin rated restaurant. Be ready to drop over$100 a head if you indulge properly (and you should). Read more

Had a nice little date night here. We had reservations but was able to push it back since we were running late. It seems like it... is really easy to get a table since the place is fairly new; I'd like to think it will be harder in the future since the food isbomb. Even if you are not coming for food the drinks are good and there's plenty of lounge style seating. There's even a littlebar area upstairs. The decor is really tasteful, feels like classic Hollywood meets contemporary design. People are dressedcasual and fancy. Atmosphere feels intimate but with modern music. This is a good place to get friends together so you can tryall the dishes. For the food here is what we had: Burrata toast - already a hit. You get four pieces so savour every bite. Thisappetizer is more on the sweet side. The bread is all crunch but not hard at all. Delicious. Wagyu Bolognese - it was good but Ipersonally would not use wagyu in this way. The meat portion was slightly dry. The dish is still really good. There is a slightspice that's not all all overpowering and blends in really well. Uni anolotti - my favorite dish! Could not get enough of thatsauce. Generous portions of uni. If you prefer white pasta get this. I would come back for this alone. Pan roasted duck breast -one of the best duck dishes I've ever had. Perfectly crispy skin. the garlic jus was and mustard frill paired perfectly with theduck and potatoes. If you like Peking duck try this fancy version. Drinks: 5th and Adams - if you like mezcal and tart but sweetthis is for you. I noticed a lot of people ordering this drink. Anejo honey sour - honey comes out strong in this once. Orangepeel was a nice touch. Cowboy bebop vol 2 - surprisingly fruit punchy. More of a sweet drink. For the name you'd expectsomething more similar to an old fashioned? If we're going the anime route I'd call this a Sailor Moon. Service here was alsoreally good. Host is very friendly and welcoming and wait staff really takes care of you Read more
