Purchased more than 50+bags of coffee beans. Intelligentsia?s bean quality has degraded to an un-acceptable level. The crema I... get from a bag of beans just received (roasted 3 days ago) is like they have been stored for 3 weeks. Walked in with the intention on ordering but after the off putting service I received Today, I will never step foot in the place... again. Prior to placing my order, I asked the barista by the name of Matthew if there was a bathroom for their customers. Hegave me a really Cold, blank stare and acted as if nothing was said to him. After asking a second to time, he responds and justsays yea with no intent on telling me where it was until I asked him and when I did, all He did was point in the back half ofthe store. As I approached the bathroom, he told me that animals were not allowed in the bathroom. I explained to him that mydog was a service animal and proceeded to use the bathroom as continued to give me a hard time. The reason as to why this is sooff putting us because I observed the way Matthew interacted with customers, and his demeanor was polar opposite. He wasdelightful, cheery and nice but was barely acknowledged when I approached the counter until I said something. What was even moreoff putting is that he seemed to make more of a big deal about my 10-LB dog being in the bathroom rather than the establishmentalone. It made me feel highly discriminated against and targeted. I will never step foot in this place again and keep mybusiness with Starbucks. Read more

Not a fan of their no cash policy. I rarely pay with cash, but others may be hindered by this policy. The Black Cat Classic... Cappuccino was good. As for their tea, I would've been better off ordering a cup of water. Also, I understand the importance ofwearing a mask, but the one male employee who yelled at me as I walked in because I forgot to put it on before entering shouldbring down his tone.
