It's cheaper then Micks...Jack well maybeee n definitely Wendy's. It's also neatly packed and the part I really liked...the... tomatoes...the onions...and the lettuce were all fresh and appropriate size and as I requested were packed aside for the ride tothe pad. I mean it's fast and friendly young ladies at windows every time I've went..I gave a FOUR star because the pattiescould be a bit thicker. That's not saying it was a lil sheet size pattie...all good. Every single time we?re in CA, we always get an In-and-Out, once or twice. The quality is unbeatable, the prices are crazy... inexpensive for their quality level, and it is just so darn good! Really delicious! Read more
A very helpful worker noticed that I was missing the cover and straw to my drink. He made sure I had what was missing after I... placed my order. As I looked for an available seat, as soon as I sat down, there he was wiping the table clean!. While waitingfor my order, I noticed the napkins that are normally stocked by the ketchup stand was empty. After asking him, he was nice totell me that there's a new regulation and could not be filled. He went out of this way to bring me extra napkins. A very hardworker that went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I am a fan of In-N-Out, but now I am a Bigger fan. Good trainingand a good employee - Michael!!! Read more
This is not my favorite in n out. Extremely small and busy. Forget about parking. There?s also a long line, and an insane amount... of homeless in this area. The staff isn?t very friendly, which is unfortunate since they?re suppose to greet you with a smile.Also they handed me a bag with spread all over the outside so I asked for a new one, not to get spread in my car, and my burgerwas so sloppy. Wow! Only four cars ahead of us and great service from Kevin J. is what made this a five star experience. The burgers are... arguably the best fast food burgers on the west coast. I had the double double animal style, I recommend to go that route ifyou like a little extra flavor. My daughter is vegetarian and they do have a vegetarian burgers option but it?s just a burgerwith no patty so basically a vegetable sandwich. She enjoyed it. We also had cheesy fries which is nothing glamorous just anorder of fries with a slice of American cheese melted on top. The chocolate shake was delicious, malt style. The burger andservice made it! I love In n Out Burgers. So this is one of the place I get for lunch. It is close to work that after I finish work I go there... for lunch once or twice a month. They have a drive thru which is convenient for people who just want to take out for lunch. Ialways enjoy the Cheese Burger at In n Out because I enjoy the Lettuce and Tomato and Sauce and I also like the Bun and my Momlike the Onions. I also enjoy the French Fries which is Hand-Cut Potatoes and Cook with 100% Sunflower Oil. So this is one ofthe places I like to go for In n Out Locations. Read more
Always happy with our service at this location. The staff are always nice and accommodating. Our food is always correct and... DELICIOUS. The only downside that may have been mentioned by other reviews is the long drive thru line that sometimes goes downthe street. Hang in there, it moves pretty fast. I usually like to order a double cheeseburger with extra everything (extralettuce, tomato, cheese), with a whole grilled onion (whole grilled slice - yummy), pickles and chopped peppers..so good! Myhusband does the same order but a 3 by 3 (3 patties). We always get one animal style fries and regular fries on the side. Wealso like to get our dog an unsalted patty. Read more
