Called to ask what time the food would be ready for my customer since I was picking up a delivery order and they told me 10min.... Time I called was 9:40pm, they close at 10pm. I said ok fine sounds good. I get to the location and food hasn?t even beenstarted to get cooked at 10:05 PM after asking again for the food and being told it would be ready in 5min. I understand thatthey close at 10pm but time is Money for us delivery drivers and waiting 20min at a restaurant for food that should be readywhen driver shows up is unacceptable. I used to come here to eat late night dinners Years ago and I?m glad this situationhappened to me so that I make my own food at home and avoid spending my money here. ???? Read more
Finally left my room today went to get my nails done, hit up the store and had lunch at IHOP with CeCe and Jennie! Now I?m from... Minnesota and I would never eat at IHOP at home for so many reasons! I went to this location during the month of August and was expecting a moderate standard of service/food since it is a... franchise. It wasn't a big expectation but I would never have thought they would serve MOULDY BREAD. The staff were okay butthey looked tired. The waitress that took the mouldy bread back wasn't even fazed by the situation. I just hope management takesextra precaution regarding the quality of their food going forward. Read more
I had a great time at this IHOPs. I took my mom there for her birthday. When I take my mom anywhere, I have to take the rest of... the family: my dad and my aunt. They all loved the food. The service was great because we didn't wait too long to get our food.Maybe because it wasn't too crowded on a Sunday morning. But it was great. I ordered an omelet that was spicy and it wasdelicious. The pancakes are amazing served with butter and then you pour the amount of syrup that you desire.????????????????????
