We were seated right away but after 30 minutes, nobody came to serve us. What really frustrated me was I saw a couple come in... and the server helped them right away, meanwhile they hadn?t even asked us what drinks we wanted. So frustrating because me andmy girl friend had only a little time to spend together and eat and nobody came and helped us. So disappointed, never EVERcoming back to this ihop again. Waste of time. They used to be so good? the last few times I?ve ordered there they made the delivery person wait at least 40 min. My go to... order is the Country Style Steak and the past few times they?ve always forgotten the gravy. My partners order also had missingitems, but in exchange to that missing protein, he received some hair in the French Toast. It?s definitely not worth paying $60for missing items and unsanitary foods which aren?t as tasty as they used to be. Read more
I love IHOP but this one is located in the worst area as far as homeless goes. Under the 10 freeway there's a community living... there in campers and tents. They often drift into the local neighboring businesses and harass customers. I was a bit nervouseating at this one but the food was ok. They need security 24/7. Read more
Terrible..Was waiting on this review to come. My scrambled eggs were burned. Eggs were redone. I ask for my pancakes to be... browned,they were uncoked and doughy. So disappointed that I asked for a to go container,took home to brown/cook. Then upon paying my bill didn't get corrected change. I had to ask her " What was my total" Whole experience was depressing. Finallydecided to treat myself to breakfast. Take a break from morning house work and cooking. Will not go back there.
